The Community Council is hosting a public information meeting on the proposed closure of 9 public toilets in Ward 1 on Tuesday 19 June 2018 at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall. One of the threatened toilets is at the Kinlochbervie Harbour. This will affect our Loch Clash Stopover project as one of our attractive features is the proximity of these toilets to the camper van site. It is a 3-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and most suitable for a family or up to 2 singles sharing. We don’t have an exact completion date but it should be by the start of summer. Applications are being taken by the Highlands Small Communities Housing Trust.
