The Company’s Annual General Meeting took place on 26 October 2016 with around 25 people in attendance. There are currently 33 people who have signed up as members of the Community Company.
Modifications to the Company’s Articles of Association were adopted. There is provision for up to 12 Directors – 7 elected, 2 appointed by the Community Council and 4 co-opted. One new Director was elected at the meeting – George Corbett of Achlyness.
